Make an appointment for the Russian Consulate

The consent should be signed in front of the Russian notary public at the Russian Consulate in London.

You should make an appointment online in order to see the notary public.

Visit the Russian Consulate

You should prepare the following documents for your visit:

  1. an original passport
  2. a printed copy of the consent
  3. a consent draft on the USB flash drive
  4. cash to pay consular fee
