Assistance in drawing up will

A will, sometimes called a “last will and testament”, is a document that states final wishes. According to the Russian law it should be in the form of the notarial will.

Our services include:

  • assistance in the drafting of the will (in Russian) for the further notarial certification

  • Provide documents and information

    We require following documents:

    1. a copy of the international Russian passport
    2. a copy of the internal (domestic) Russian passport including the "registration at the address" page
    3. information about legatee (legatees)
    4. information about inheritance.

  • Payment

    You can pay for Russian Service Centre services by credit/debit card, cash or cheque.

  • Drafting of the will

    Consultant will prepare a draft and will send it for your review.
    Please, check all details carefully.

  • Make an appointment for the Russian Consulate

    The will should be signed in front of the Russian notary public at the Russian Consulate in London.

    You should make an appointment online in order to see the notary public.

  • Visit Russian Consulate

    You should prepare following documents for your visit:

    1. valid international Russian passport
    2. two printed copies of the will
    3. the will draft on the USB flash drive
    4. cash to pay consular fee
