The Russian Service Centre was created to provide assistance to Russian citizens residing temporarily or permanently in the United Kingdom, in preparing and filling in the necessary forms, statements and other documents for further submission to the Consular Section of the Russian Embassy in London.

As you know, when carrying out consular activities, consular offices only accept documents drawn up in the correct manner. Consular functions do not include filling in applicants’ forms, applications and official papers. The Russian Service Centre provides services for a fee according to the price list available on this link, which does not include consular fees for the provision of public services, which are paid in cash directly at the Consular Section.

Provision of services in the Centre
You can start to make use of our services, having contacted us by phone, come to our offices during business hours, having sent documents by mail or courier, as well as by sending a request via the form below. If a personal visit to the Consular Section is required, it is your responsibility to make an appointment via the link . In case of problems, a Service Centre employee will help with your application. Payment for the services of The Russian Service Centre is accepted in cash, by credit card or cheque. Payment for public services rendered is made by personal visit to the Consular Section at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the UK. You can visit our offices, phone, send documents by mail or courier, or send us an email. We try to respond to letters received within 1 business day, although answers to complex queries can take longer.
